Shawna, if you have questions about reversing credit card payments in our system, please reach out to our support. Denali still requires double entering to protect the audit trail, but if you have questions in the best way to do it, we'd be glad to help you.

Hi Sheila. This is currently planned and in development. Look for it soon in an upcoming release!
Our Development Team is reviewing this capability for implementation.
In the meantime, it has been suggested that you use the Direct Deposit File location as a temporary saving location, then rename the file and save it to an archive location with the appropriate file name.
We realize this may add a step, but it could work as a current solution until further development is done.
Thanks for the update!

We intentionally kept the pay rate codes short to keep the entry process quick. Would it help to put the pay rate description on the pay rate entry screen?
Thanks for using Customer Voice!
Can you please clarify the “Average Days To Pay” idea?
Would a report work for this function?
Thanks for your feedback!
We are already researching our options for this and anticipate beginning to migrate to the cloud sometime next year.
We are very excited about the possibilities this will provide for our customers!
This represents a very significant investment for us, so we want to make sure to do it the right way for our customers. We will be soliciting feedback in the coming months from our customers on this very subject, so stay tuned!
We do use the lean/agile approach, and in the last year it has reduced our response time and time-to-market exponentially. Our customers do not have to purchase an SQL license. When you buy Denali, you get a functional version of MS SQL Manager. There is no reason for any of our users to purchase a separate SQL Server license. Only those who wish to develop beyond the scope of or software would need to do this.
We are still prioritizing this request within our development plan.
