  1. To get the total number of hours an employee worked, you have to run a report in crystal reports

    When a report is ran out of denai, Employee History report, the PTO hours, vacation hours are missing. The report just show regular, OT1 & OT2. Would like to get an accurate number of hours in the Employee History report.

      • Hold Tickets in POS

        Why does a "hold" ticket in POS not print the banner across the top (like in Pro) to reflect that it is a hold ticket? This makes it very confusing to read what kind of transaction it is.

        • Employee List should have a Count at the bottom of the Report

          PR Employee List should have a count function at the bottom of the report showing the user how many employees are shown in the report.

          • PR Employee Benefits Does not have a grand Total on the report - Useless

            Again I come here with reporting total deficiencies. The PR Employee Benefits report does not have a grand total on the report at all. The grand total should subtotal codes ran and grand total the sums of all the deduction codes ran on the report. At the end of the report it should be:
            Report Grand Totals
            01 Group Insurance $$$$$$$
            02 401K $$$$$$$
            03 Dental Ins $$$$$$$
            Report Total $$$$$$$

            • Denali Income Statement and Balance sheet should retain "print account numbers" for next run as Pro did

              A user must select "print account numbers" each and every time they run an income statement or balance sheet in Denali. This should default to the "last run" status like Pro did and once you select it one time it is there the next time you run a report.

              • Sales by Item--Specify Customer

                Add the selection criteria of Customer # to the Sales by Item Report in Sales. This would allow the user to view all open orders for a given customer. Include the Order Number on the print out.

                  Thanks for the idea! The Sales History Report might be able to give you the information you are looking for, since it has broader and more complete filtering capability. We are also working on adding some snapshot reports as were in CMS Professional.

                  I have added the request for the customer number field as well.

                  We will keep working to give you more reporting options on an ongoing basis!

                • GL-Report Daily Balances

                  Provide a GL report where you can see the daily GL balance. All user to specify the GL Acct # and date range with single line detail that includes:

                  • Add the Pay Period number to the Payroll Edit report

                    Add the pay period number field to the Payroll edit report. This field will control when certain benefits/deductions/additions etc. are included in the payroll processing. When mistakes are found on paychecks the edit report should show the pay period number that was selected to aid the user in determining why the mistakes occurred.

                    • Understock Report does not have the Qty on Back Order field available {decQuantityOnBO}

                      UNDERSTOCK REPORT: To make intelligent decisions regarding stock minimums purchases, we should be able to see what quantity is on back order using the {decQuantityOnBO} field. Previous versions of this report always included the back order quantity field connection to the database so we could insert into the understock report. The normal Backorder report won't work for this function because it doesn't contain the min/max stock quantity fields. This is important and must be fairly simple to do - we're only talking about making one more field accessible to the field explorer. Total time can't even be an hour worth…

                      • Print Labels should be available in PR, AR and AP

                        Labels should be available to be printed for PR Employee, AR customers and AP Vendors in the software. Sorts and ranges should be available and all common Avery formats should be assignable to the print function, particularly 5160 (30 per sheet standard laser label). This should be available within the reporting menus in each module.

                        • AP GL Expense Distribution report should have from and to limits for Vendor number

                          The AP GL expense distribution would be more useful if you could limit the vendor you wanted to report on with a from and to. It would really be excellent if you also had the windows like you do the GL accounts allowing you to move over multiple vendors to report on like you can GL Account.

                          • Denali PR reports should default to "ALL" not "Active"

                            When running PR reports the default should be all and not active. During a quarter you will have terminations and when you run earnings reports for the quarter if you do not change it from active to all you just made a report to stick in the shredder.

                            • GL Audit Trail Period Total Option is not Correct as written for Fiscal Calender Companies

                              Even back to CMS Professional the GL Audit trail option for "print subtotals" only gave calendar month totals which is not programmed correctly. It should use the fiscal calendar on file to generate totals on those dates and have nothing to do with a straight simple calendar month total. We are a 4-4-5 quarter with periods always ending on a Saturday and that Saturday can be in the following month beginning days. It would be nice if the program would use the fiscal calendar to generate these subtotals.
