CMS Order Entry
To eliminate errors in order entry, if there are items that a customer has returned or no longer wants, there should be a way to flag or block these items. In the event the customer does want an item, the system should allow for an override. The main reason for this is, if a customer bought an item and returned it at a later date, the item is now in the customer history. If an employee uses this history to find an item, they have no way of knowing it was returned or the customer doesn’t want that particular brand anymore.
